We provide training, in seven specifically-designed areas, that interact with the caregivers in ways that promote reflection and the challenging of their paradigms on how to best care for their constituents.

OUR PROGRAM

Phase 1: Observation
After initially spending time observing the regular operations of the nonprofit organization, Bene.fact staff spend time in an introductory session actively probing the staff about their feelings/emotions on the organization and how they experience working with the organization and their constituents.

Once we have a background for the workers perspectives, we take what we have observed and use that as a baseline narrative to our conversation with the staff.

Phase 2: Courses
Our courses cover following areas:

Communication Diversity Burnout Crisis Intervention

Basic Counseling and Teaching Personality Assessment

Each session can last between one and four hours (depending on the needs and availabilities of the given organizations) and occur intermittently throughout the course of the regular operations of the organization. The courses encourage active participation and a desire for the staff of organizations to be able to connect on a deep level with their own emotional wounds.

Phase 3: Assessment
With healthy, growing staffs, we hope their constituents are cared for better and that the leadership of organizations can support a culture change in order to maintain that type of healthy environment.
